I have an old 2010 account and another from 2013.
Is it possible to merge the libraries?

Send a message to support and ask them about it, there is no user-accessible function to do it.

No, each account is unique so all you can do is backup the games from each account to your PC.

If support are satisfied that both belong to you, they might make an exception. But I wouldn't count on it. Contacting them is your only option anyway.

I enter those only when playing my games i havent post it with that accounts.
Before it hasnt bothered me that i had split libraries but it would be cool to have them in one place.
On Steam its the same thing they dont allow this things, luckily there i have only one account.

I dont know its just happened that way.
If you search online "how to transfer steam games to another account" many users have the same problem
and Steam doesnt allow this either :(

You don't need to use any account whatsoever to play the games, though, only to download them. But all-right, how you handle your accounts is completely up to you, not for me to criticise.

I tried the email change function on site. But it says already in use :( even if its still mine.

You could use one of those e-mail anti-spam services such as this one: Blur

Then you can use made up adresses and they will be all sent to your main one.

You will be relied on a 3rd party but I've been using it for over a year and it's great, it even offers such as fake credit cards or phone numbers if you are willing to pay.

I would still contact support and ask them to merge the accounts you have games on if it's possible.

I made this to ask if is a solution for merging accounts libraries.
Sorry for confusion.. some Steam users have this problem also look online.
