hustller: I have an old 2010 account and another from 2013.
Is it possible to merge the libraries?
It is impossible transfer games from one account on other.
If you got games recently, and didn't download them, you can transfer them to gifts, and then send to an old account.

p.s. I have an old account with one game, Torchlight 1. Support answered that inpossible to transfer game to other account.

Attach proofs of ownership of an account.
