I've been wanting Divinity: Original Sin 2 since its release. It's on sale right now but I know if I get it I won't be able to resist playing it, and I've got finals coming up. Is there a way to predict when games will go on sale on GOG? I'd love to pick up the game at a reduced price but I won't be able to buy it for another 2 weeks at least, and I'm sure it will be back at full price by then.

Not sure it's possible to predict when a specific game will go on sale, but as noted by Bigs, there are always sales. My guess for D:OS2 would be it likely won't appear on sale again until the big summer sale (probably mid to late June).

It's been on sale in November, December, January, February and now April. I'd give it better than even odds to also be on sale in May, but otherwise yeah, definitely in June.

What the others said. It will go on sale every few months. But if you want to go absolutely sure to get it right after the finals, ask a friend to buy it as gift-code for you now during the sale. Then he can hold on to the code (NOT redeem it) and give it to you once you passed the finals.

...and if you don't pass, he'll redeem it for himself and you don't get it. That should be an additional incentive for learning! ;-)
