Okay, I`ll move to Bulgaria. Here, in Germany, I pay 24,- € for 20 MBit.
The equivalent of US$37 per month for 6 Mbps plus cable TV. There are cheaper alternatives, but most of them have bandwidth caps.
Around 30$ a month for 100mbps internet without any bandwidth caps + about 200 channels(I don't watch TV, so I don't know how many of them there are exactly) + phone .

Well, I pay £15 for highspeed BB, no frilly extras. Though here we have to pay line rental to the monopoly BT *insert expletive*, which is again another £15.
40 euro for 100MBit. I think there might be some TV channels in it too, but I don't own a TV..

In my current apartment (apartment which I (and my bank) own), 10Mbit/s cable modem connection to each apartment is included in the monthly housing costs, so I am unsure how much exactly it costs. I could upgrade it to a 100Mbit/s connection with some extra monthly fee, but I haven't felt like it so far.

In my earlier apartment i had a 10Mbit/s ADSL line, I think I paid something around 25€/month for it, but the price also included a mobile data (3G SIM). Nowadays I don't necessarily need such a separate data SIM, as passable data packet is included with pretty much any SIM you get nowadays.

If I didn't have an internet connection yet, I might consider an unlimited 4G data connection for all my internet use. I used one for one weekend at our summer cottage (my brother's), and damn it worked well even in the rural area. It had lower latency and higher speeds (especially upload) than my 10Mbit/s cable modem at home.

Not sure how the ISP would feel if I tried to download all my GOG games over that unlimited(?) 4G connection, though...

We pay 20€ each month for a 7 MBps, and it won't reach that speed but only around 3.
I pay around 10€ for 12Mbps (ofc unlimited) here in Poland. Soon i will get 20mbps or more (depend how much my provider will offer) for the same price (a little bonus because im old client).

23.50 Euro for a 30Mbit Download / 2Mbit Upload and no bandwidth limit. This is for internet only, I don't watch TV and my land line phone service is a different provider.
About 40 euro for 100MBit and some hd tv channels

Still 5€ less than mine! :P
Seriously, getting a decent connection is almost impossible in more than half the country... and for less than 25€ is just science fiction.
This does not include mobiles, obviously, which costs at least the same amount.

Also, we have a tax on TV (the infamous "canone RAI", more or less 115€ a year, constantly growing as time goes on) we have to pay REGARDLESS if we own a TV set, and that goes in addition to any possible private pay TV.

Will Italy ever stop masquerading as a first world country? You can find better lines in the middle of the Sahara!
Mine is a 60 years old twin copper cable, never repaired -let alone substituted. The Government seems to think that Internet will be useful only in a distant future.
