"All the faith he had had had had no effect on the outcome" is a grammatically correct sentence.
You've probably seen this, but there's a sentence used to demonstrate the necessity of punctuation: "All the faith he had had had had no effect on the outcome" is a grammatically correct sentence.
james while john had had had had had had had had had had a better effect
