Crosmando: There really isn't much difference between GOG and Steam anymore.

Anime-BlackWolf: Steam = DRM
GOG = NO DRM (except 3 known games...)

That is quite a bit if not THE biggest possible difference.
What are the three games on GOG?

Would they be No Man's Sky? Gwent?
Wait, what's #3?

my name is sadde catte: Good for you? Not sure why you'd think we'd be interested. The only thing you're doing it proving to GungHo that you accept it only being available there.

TencentInvestor: There are enough sad little GOG loyalists who care enough to give me thumbs down.
Doesn't change the fact that for all intents and purposes, Steam is a better place than GOG will ever be.
Superior features, superior game lineup. Refunds within the day. This is my 3rd week of waiting for the Cyberpunk refund.
I imagine the "dislikes" you've received are more about the attention seeking behaviour you're exhibiting and less about being GOG "loyalists".

If you knew me at all you'd know I regularly criticise GOG for all sorts of reasons. By why bother with that when you can make assumptions right?

I don't know you, and I don't care to know you.
The nasty toxic spammer trolls are now even resurrecting long dead threads to spam their shit?

Well exactly, that was kind of my point. It's more convenient for your narrative to make assumptions. :)

"Cyberpunk" (DRM-ed Galaxy Cosmetics), "No Man's Sky" and one Indie-game, which has much/almost everything of it's content locked in multiplayer only, with the solo adventure being VERY short. "Absolver".

And I DO NOT CARE about "DRM Free" on Steam. Steam ITSELF IS DRM. Story over. NEVER gonna buy there.

It's ok. Nobody will force you to have fun. Don't worry. Keep living in your small world.

MysterD: Gwent?
We don't talk about Gwent ;-)

Serious, that MTX infested piece of DRM-app is F2P and MP only. And the DRM-free MP ship has sailed a long while ago. One of the most clever and effective vendor-lock-in moves of Steam back in the day. All other clients just followed suit.

Stardew has DRM-Free multiplayer, so it's quite possible, and devs still know how to do it.
Damn... I think I was living in a bunker, I didn't know Grandia II was delisted... I didn't get it... :(
Resurrecting gog announcement posts like this should be heavily discouraged. All official gog threads should be locked after a month of idle time.

You should get it. It has the best mix of real time and turn based battle system there is.
Holds up really well. Also, it has a good story about questioning the world around you.

Don't believe in Black/White morality is the bottom line. We should all take this to heart, considering how we live in a world where the most callous companies will build elaborate lies about how they are your friends and on your side.
