We’d like to inform you that Grandia II Anniversary Edition will be delisted from our catalog on Wednesday, June 17th, 10am UTC.

For everyone who purchased these titles prior to delisting, they will remain in their GOG library.
Wow @ Grandia II Anniversary leaving soon.

Is the Grandia II HD Remaster coming here at some point?

The saga continues... I hope we see both remasters on GOG at some point, but after the GOG logo appeared and then disappeared from their site...

too bad! :-/
And I was looking forward to seeing the first one added here.
Is there going to be a Delisting Sale right before this leaves GOG on Wednesday?
I should have seen that coming when the first game missed its release date here. Just wonderful.

Doubtful. Grandia II HD Remaster was just an update on Steam. If they had wanted to update the game here, they "only" had about 8 months to do so.
...and you`re telling us that right after the end of a sale, where we could have bought this. If I had known this, I would have bought it. Heck, I was even thinking about buying it a short time before the end of the sale!

No, he told us about 15 minutes before the sale ends.
It was to be expected and i wouldn't be surprised if this was GungHos tactic to delist it just after a sale however i have no idea if Grandia 2 Anniversary actually was on sale this summer.

Yeah, while the sale was going on, that would've been the time to announce this was getting delisted.
Or, you know,,,have a DeListing Sale right until Wed.

I find it so strange that developers/publishers never seem to take advantage of FOMO. I'm sure there would be plenty of people willing to buy a game when they realize that it's being removed. Why wouldn't you keep the game at 50% off, for the next couple of days after the announcement?

I don't know, but...anytime something gets de-listed, I'm interested. Especially if it's on sale.

Maybe they are ditching this and just hoping everybody buys the HD Remaster on Steam instead?
Who knows. [shrug]

You'd think, they'd want me to buy Grandia II Anniversary on GOG...and then love it so much, I go get the HD Remaster on Steam...or bring HD Remaster to GOG and I get that version too.

[shrug]

I guess the next question is: can the Grandia II HD on Steam be ran w/out the Steam-client?
Does that version have CEG? Does it have any other DRM?
