Does redeeming an Elder Scroll key also add Arena and Daggerfall to the redeemers account or just the purchaser?

You get Arena and Daggerfall added to your account when you redeem one of the Bethesda games.

ANSWER:
Every Bethesda game has Arena and Daggerfall. Once redeemed they get added to library.
