Sites like Cheapshark.com don't track it properly for some reason but when it goes on sale it sells for cheap. The best price I'm aware of is $5 USD 2 years ago from GamersGate,

They don't track it because the Anthology has been removed from sale from both sites. Now, it's either retail or GOG.

But looking over the page again there doesn't seem to be a buy button... odd they still list the price.

I initially thought that this collection was published by Atari and since they no longer have the rights to the games, it had to be removed, but looking again at an archived version of the page, it was actually published by Wizards of the Coast. It's possible that the contract to sell the game on GamersGate ended and the publisher didn't want to renew it, thus resulting in the removal of the game (just like how Paradox and Sega have removed all their games from there too). No idea why they couldn't keep it on Amazon, though.

huh.. all very interesting. For me the page looks the same as it always had except there's no buy button & the "alert me on price drops" button is a "alert me on release" button.

Go to the checkout page, mouseover the games there and the remove option should be shown. Or just mousover the games in the card (by first mouseover the card symbol) while being on the main or game pages.
