I would guess the amount of people who back up all their GOG games is an extremely smaller percentage.

it's not in my account anymore. should be pretty clear what the problem is. i would never pay money for a one time download.

it's one thing if gog as an entity implodes. but when games start randomly disappearing from one's account (that ontherwise seems to be fully functional) i see that as problematic.

that said, it's not the money. the game isn't particularly expensive and it's a good game. i actually wouldn't mind paying for it, seeing as how i got it for free. it's more that if the game gets updated, my backups fail, and again, the fact that i would never willfully purchase a one time download. the way i see it, it's slippery slope to just say "oh well i have my backups!"

I don't think it should be necessary for each person to contact support separately. The issue of the game disappearing has been brought to their attention, so they should be working on a solution that restores it to everyone who should have it. It shouldn't be on the individual user to put their hand up and say "yup, over here!".

And now both games are available as separate entries on the store. Good. (Was that always the case?)

I guess it was a (badly worded) limited time offer and then they messed up the database entries. Maybe.

They were actually already separate, it was just that you got the first game free if you bought the second.

Good. Either way, glad this matter is resolved. I will buy them as soon as i am able to.

Now it happened to me, too. I bought the bundle right away when the games were released here.
An hour ago Alwa's Awakening disappeared from my library. And on it's gamecard it isn't marked as "owned" anymore.

I guess I have to consult the support.

My Alwa's Awakening copy disappeared too. It was in my account until recently, but now is gone.
Is this still an issue for anyone else?
