Same problem here. Got the game as a bonus when i bought Alwa's Legacy in June and now it's gone.
Ugh, GOG! Do you guys know if it disappeared recently or is it possible it disappeared back in august and you just didn't notice? If the latter, it sounds like this problem affected everyone who got it free and they have basically been fixing it on a one to one basis when people report it.

Completely ridiculous. When they realised the problem they caused they should have run a check and (re)added it to the libraries of everyone who bought Alwa's Awakening between dates X and Y.

I have a similar problem with Battlestar Galactica Deadlock: Modern Ships Pack DLC. I got the Modern Ships Pack for free with the Armistice DLC launch promo back in September. I noticed the disappearance on Dec 12 when I was downloading the latest 1.5.112 installers. I had downloaded the installer for the previous version 1.5.111, which according to gogdb was added to gog on Nov 4, so the disappearance must have happened sometime between those dates. Modern Ships Pack is also not marked as owned for me on the store listing or gamecard. All other Battlestar Galactica DLC are still listed in my library and marked as owned on the store listing and gamecards.

I made a support ticket about this on Dec 12 and got the autoreply, and the next day I got an email stating that my ticket "is currently being processed, and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible." After that, nothing, and the DLC has not returned to my library.
Mine is gone NOW, too. Still had it last year (see my earlier reply here...). Damn. Again contacting support? F*** this s***.

PainOfSalvation: GOG team is already aware of the situation and they're looking into it. Have patience.
Could you please forward the problem to the support group? It seems, the "old bonus game dissappearing" bug is back again. Thanks!
if anyone sees this, i think the problem is somehow related to claiming free games. or at least, thats what it seems like to me. did any of you claim a free copy/key of a game this past winter sale? i remember noticing it missing after the summer sale (i had claimed a free key of whatever was given away that sale -- i forget what it is). i back up my games every few weeks which explains the disparity between this topics creation date and the end of the 2020 summer sale.

it seems like alwa gets bumped completely from some accounts when claiming a free title for whatever reason (maybe a database issue? idk). it wasn't even in my purchase history when i noticed it missing, even when most freebees are.

i sent support an email. took a few days but they didn't seem to mind re-adding it to my account.

It still shows as owned for me even after claiming Metro Last Light Redux.
The last game I claimed was Teleglitch: Die More Edition. Maybe it disappeared then, but never noticed it until now.
I'll have to contact support about it.
I got a reply from German support and the game is back in my library now. But it seems there is really no automatic solution and they are doing it one by one instead. I got a new code for the game and had to redeem it again.

Oh good god that's pathetic...

They're not even restoring it to peoples accounts using the backend, just handing out codes. That's very illustrative of GOG's entire approach to the website isn't it?

Having bought many games on gog, I now wonder if they've done something similar to another game i've purchased (not that i have a specific case to point to, but it now raises suspicion and now i worry about my collection). This is annoying.
