I have sent GOG a few support requests and noticed something that seems odd.

The section on the support ticket marked "Status" changed to "Awaiting your reply" however there was no message from the support staff.

At first I figured maybe they had just quickly fixed the problem I was asking about and marked it "Awaiting your reply" without writing anything, but this has happened on more than one ticket now and I'm beginning to suspect that I can't see the staff's response for some reason.

Is anyone else encountering this?
