At first, everything seems normal. You are happy to have reached your destination. Yes, the fate of your scout is deplorable, but you survived the Wasteland and the cave that you're in gives you shelter for now. Some of you are in a playful, humorous mood and fling jokingly some accusations at each other. "You're one of these new Mutants!" ... "No, I suspect you!" All in good humor.
But then it starts to sink in: some of you really ARE out to kill everybody. And you really aren't safe in this cave. But it's not the wasteland that threatens you here. It is yourselves. So the mood changes and the first serious accusations fly.

It's part of my campaign to gradually get people to stop bah-posting.
It was allowed and encouraged in my first game, then just allowed, then allowed but not encouraged.
In my next games it's going to be "allowed but discouraged", "allowed but frowned up" and finally completely prohibited.

Gotcha. Not something at this point that I find to be an issue myself since we are still in RVS and I can't see him as being serious.

Not a huuuuge issue at RVS, but we've got to stop RVS somewhere so this might as well be it.
