I didn't want to take a shot before someone who hasn't had a chance gets to shoot.

However, since we have players who aren't showing up I feel less inclined to have good manners.

Well, a couple things there,
1) If I'm reading the rules on p1 correctly, deadline kill comes only if there's no other death by the deadline. So I read it such that there wouldn't be any modkill at all. It's also a bit vague who would be in that pool - would it be scene automatically for fewest votes in the game overall, or a draw amongst all with the fewest votes in that particular stage?:

"9. Hard "Day" endings will be posted in thread after each death. If there hasn't been a death by this deadline, a player who hasn't attempted to fire the gun (or who has the least attempts) will be chosen at random to die."

2) If this game doesn't wrap up today (as appears the case), I'm really not likely to be online most of the day tomorrow, which is a bit problematic all around.

There's also the issue that even targeting my wolfiest pick, there's a 75% chance they're town anyway (and with the 6th shot they'd be dead in this scenario), so it's only really of value if I hit maf that 25% (2 in 8) of the time. So not much of value to analyze, probably.

Hiyas - is Scene being modkilled or replaced? Or if HSL and I both shoot is the group just stuck sitting around hoping he shows?

oh, well, last RR game cristi did a pretty great job of analyzing in a stressful situation iirc. Maybe we'll get into one such later on in some kind of SoLo (Shoot right or lose) and knowing who you tried to shoot and who not might be valuable information then.
Also the 6th shot is already queued, yours would be 5-1 so probably really no sense in shooting now before joe comes back since I believe the queue will reset after a kill anyway.
And one of Poppy/me/adalia/trent will eat the bullet. We'll see who.

Of everyone, both his shot choices have been curious.

If we're all going to be waiting for supplementscene to take a shot then I'd rather modkill than start looking for a replacement. It's just supposed to be a quick game.

It's not a good decision, but I'm gonna save all my worrying and stressing for game #54 proper.
