so i've been having this issue for a while and it randomly fixed its self off and on, but now it is no longer allowing me to access the store or my library. can someone help me?

It might be a cache issue:
Close Galaxy completely (window and notification area)
Go to: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\webcache\common\Cache
To be safe, Create a new folder here and move all the cache files here (the files with no extensions named data_, f_, and index) into this new folder.
Start Galaxy.
