I was doing my nominations for the Steam Awards this year and I was wondering should other gaming platforms do this?

Of course not all of the gaming platforms should do this, Uplay and Origin sell almost only Ubi/ EA games which would make the choices have a leaning towards the company and lack of choice for the voters. Maybe GOG could do thier own awards and put thier own spin on the idea?

Would be interesting what you guys think.
