Edit: I misread the OP. For some reason I was thinking it said 1,000+ hours. The first three on my list qualify for that. For a mere 100 hours? Pssh - way too many to list.

Harpoon and the add-on Battlesets

Battlefield 1942 and the add-ons and various mods, both online and single-player

Operation: Flashpoint plus the two add-ons, along with a bajillion downloaded scenarios

The Railroad Tycoon games are in the several-hundred hour range

MMOS:

Guild Wars 1 - 25k Hours spanning 8 years
Guild Wars 2 - 8.6k hours spanning almost 3 years

Only a few hundred hours are from afk in these games, I'm pretty devoted to the series.

Single player:

TES Series - 500+ Skyrim, 200+ Morrowind and 300+ Oblivion
Doom 1/2 - Probably a 100+ played and replayed a lot these games

Anything else isn't really worth mentioning, since I've finished them once and never revisited.
