it is very funny
i was reading the other day of a study that said playing computer games is good for your brain because of problem solving, creativity, hand eye coordination, expanding peripheral vision, trains you to see slight shade differences in color, trains you to notice quick slight movements, etc.

I just turned 43 and I've noticed shooters and fight games I was really good at 25 years ago I suck at now and I blame it on my reaction time turning to shit as I get older. Is this just going to keep getting worse?

Isn't 43 a little early for that? Perhaps you don't play as well anymore because you simply play less these days.

GOD I HOPE SO! :P

Of course, I have had cataracts twice, and last October I had a double hernia surgery.

I think that it would be nice to have a unique topic to recap the forum rules because currently it's really not clear. Support should erase the 2 previous topic and bring a new one.

Erasing the older topics shouldn't be necessary, and there is a rather annoying bug that's triggered by such actions. Instead, if the admins decide to make a new topic, the old ones should be either left alone or locked (but unstickied in either case).

If support want to be friend with newbie it should be erase, I think have a unic topic (whatever if it's the older updated or a new) would be better, because currently we have 2 topics and they are even not ok.

No, it would not be friendly because:
* All conversation on the older topics would be lost.
* People would lose the "show more" link by "Topics I've participated in", making it suddenly become extremely annoying to access those topics (the bug I am talking about).

Locking and unstickying the topics would solve the issue with newbies seeing bad topics (they would quickly fall away from the first page), while preserving the discussion that happend there, and not triggering that annoying bug.

phbp 2 and phpb 3 free forum had quite good options.... i seen many clan forums for online (browser)games and thats >10 years ago and the free forums were pretty good, maybe this forum is 'custom' made?

Anyway on every store page i always briefly see it as text.... i resfreshed it several times trying to make a screenshot
dont know if its a bug or .... cant remember i had if with the old layout ( long time agao)

old(er) age i guess, i was quite fast as a kid , but it's all gone ... thats why i stick with point n click , turnbased games so i can think about my next move ( jagged alliance and all games like it)
and casual games , mainly HOG.

jagged alliance was good, i find i'm more towards single player open games now take my time play around no more fast paced FPS for me
