Downloaded 'Riven' but game won't load on Win7x32.

How do I make it work (run as win 95 etc doesn't).

Gog support useless.

Despite claims for money back if it doesn't work there is no obvious link.

Is Gog some sort of scam?

Very disillusioned by the whole negative experience,

meditek
Who did they draft anyway? I heard they were thinking of trading Oshie to New York for Nash but that seems very up in the air at this moment.

Okay seriously now.

When did you contact support and have you tried running it as 'Administrator'?

Click Riven's box in your library, "More", "Support" and you should be presented with a list of links that could potentially solve your problem. If that's not enough for you, on the right of the support page, you should find a section called "Contact our support team". Click the link that says "I can't find solution for my problem" and you should be able to file a ticket for support.

No but their support leaves a lot to be desired(too slow). And they will only give you back your money if you contact support and they can't get the game working for you. They don't just give refunds to people like Steam does.

GOG fan boys attacking again.

This guy has good reasons to be disappointed and you attack him. And this kind of behavior is actually bad for GOG because it just drives people into the arms of the Steam. Buying a game only to find out, it doesn't work on your machine is a really shitty feeling. So of course, this will give someone who is very new to GOG a very bad impression of GOG. And we all know emotions get in the way of logic.
