Wasteland 2 here I come :D

Actually not so sure I would've backed if that hadn't been a bonus ^^
I remember playing Bards Tale somewhat 'back in the day', but not enough to really remember what it was like, mostly remember Realms of Arkania, Eye of the Beholder, Dungeon Master etc.

Well, you don't seem to be the only one. Pledges have slowed to a crawl now that the free WL2 offer has expired. The in-engine video doesn't seem to have had desired effect of boosting pledges either. At current rate it'll take a week or so for BT4 to be funded at it's base level. Strech goals, when announced, will probably boost sales and more than likely there will be sales spurt in last few days of the campaign.

The problem with BT is that... it's such an old franchise. You can't rely on anyone's nostalgia to sell the idea this time around. It's surprising that such a well made video didn't help boost the pledge rate, though.
The fact Bethesda just announced "The Elder Scrolls With Guns 2: Desecrating Fallout's Corpse Edition" - thus pretty much stealing all the attention BTIV would have gotten otherwise - surely didn't help.

Not to me and many others that I know who like RPG genre. Because I simply don't care about what Bethesda does these days. inXile on the other hand have my attention.

yyahoo: I already have Wasteland 2 (Kickstarter Edition). I wonder, is it possible that the codes will be for the "Classic" edition instead? It would be nice to upgrade my barebones edition...

Regardless, I backed for the early bird tier. Now, as with Wasteland 2, when the game is released, while everyone is complaining about the $45 price tag, I'll be rather self satisfied, knowing that I only paid $20. :)
Seems like it is the Classic Edition after all.

Wasteland 2 will be available once the Kickstarter campaign is completed. You will have your choice of Steam or GOG.com, and it comes with the Classic Edition extras.

Very interesting. I was hoping that they'd actually put the deluxe upgrade on a big discount for the Summer Sale and was quite a bit disappointed when they put the only game on sale but not the upgrade. I'm certainly not going to buy the upgrade at full price, and since so many keys are going to be available after the kickstarter that they won't have much value, I think I just might go ahead and redeem it myself.

Any chance they will allow to divide the code of the Classic Edition into two Gog keys, 1. Regular edition + 2. Deluxe Upgrade? this will allow people like you to have an extra key to gift to people that don't mind having a back bone Wasteland 2 (like me) :)

Alternatively, you could try trading the code for the Deluxe Edition Upgrade.
On the upside, you'll have both the Classic Edition and the Deluxe Edition extras.
On the downside, only the Deluxe Edition Upgrade will be shown as being owned by you. :P
Awesome, just awesome! Thanks for the headsup. +1

You think a Classic code will even be worth that much after all those codes have been given away? That would be the ideal situation for me (with the exception of fixing the "owned" issue, but I can live with that). I just figure they won't be worth a penny for a dollar...

I suggest you wait and see, especially if the code doesn't have a time limit. Besides, it's not like the code was given for free or something; you first had to splash out $20 and even then the deal was limited to 48 hours.

Good idea. It will be curious to see what kind of expiration date that the codes might have on them...
The game looks surprisingly good, its a shame that I already have Wasteland 2, Witcher and Witcher 2 on GOG.

You can always gift it to someone else if you got that as a bonus, and if not - that offer has already expired anyway.
