OneFiercePuppy: Why is it harder for you to create a Facebook account than for someone to create a new post
It's not hard. It's just something I will never do on principle. And a person who would partake in a GOG contest logically has no similar qualms about creating a GOG account.

Anyway, I don't want to argue about Facebook contests anymore. I was just pointing out before that the analogy Ciris used before was flawed. I accept the marketing reasons behind the social media contests like this. I can't help being grumpy about them sometimes though. I hate social media and sometimes it just gets to me how everpresent they are.

Ciris: RE: Previous comment & information flow

You do make valid points - I will repost updates that do not appear on the site in a featured manner in the forums in some way. And I most definitely owe you an apology, my tone in the previous comment was uncalled for. I sent you a PM about it. Sorry to everyone else who witnessed the exchange as well, it was not professional and uncalled for on my behalf - I will make sure to be more professional in my discussion with you all in the future.

[...]
Good to see you acknowledge the errors of your way, apology accepted.

And thanks to everyone that made a stand.
When are the winners announced?

Ciris: I think we have done a GOG.com “birthday” Q&A - although I’m not sure exactly when that was, so it may have been the same one. I’ll see if we can arrange for a similar event, and in what format, and keep you posted when all those that would need to get involved give me a green light on this :)
Any update on this? In light of the recent events (multiple accounts made by the same user harassing the community with pornographic images and spam) this requires some attention sooner than later.

Cyraxpt: Hey Ciri, is it possible to ask around the office to send someone over here so that we (community) can discuss the problems with gog/forum?

Ciris: I’ll try to arrange for some form of forum AMA/Q&A session with someone from the website team, someone from the product team, someone from the business development (game-signing) team, and someone from the galaxy team. I'm not sure how far off in the future it'd happen, but I'll try to make it happen not too far off. How’s that?
Hey Ciris, are there any news on this? :-)
