I loved playing the one available on Vita but the framerate was terrible, which is supposedly the same for every version of the EDF games. So I'm really excited. :D

i played 2 of them with a friend in coop on the xbox360 . Ohhh the joy if you play on highest difficulty and get attacked by 4592529529 monsters at once and then use the super rocket and then the frames drop to 5 fps when it explodes :P .

Yeah, I won't miss that even though it has its appeal. :P

It's a port of the console version which released quite a while back, I guess they chose to do the dlc separate.
Doesn't really matter though as the EDF games have lots of content even by default.

They're just some guns and skins from what I can see.
There are lots of guns already so eh.

I only played EDF : Insect Armageddon and frankly... was quite fun . Didnt really expected it to begin with xD

But looking at the price( $50 base | 30% off launch discount) I probably will pass on buying it ... oh well.

Insect Armageddon is supposedly the bad one though I haven't played it myself.

Insect Armageddon is definitely the black sheep of the family. It is the difference between Zilla 1998, and Godzilla 2000.

Apparently it may even be getting DLC that isn't in the western PS version, like the Bullet Girls and Natsuiro stuff. Neat-o.

Never heard of it. Looks flashy, but if the point of the game is co-op, then I'll pass.

As a Japanese (high-profile?) game, I am not expecting it to come to GOG anyway.
