Some game from the C&C family? I guess Tiberium Wars. Or Generals (never played that).
That could actually be a C&C title. Cain had a few "killer pyramids" you had to take out but I can't remember which Tiberium game it was. There was also the pyramids in C&C RA2 but those didn't have death rays, just killer mummys.
