It reminds me of Prehistorik. Don't see it being that though.

It's a bit older than Prehistorik.

You drew fine, I just can't seem to place the character. His hair looks kinda eighties or early nineties.

We really want to know though :) So perhaps a hint (not necessarily a drawing) or just tell us what it is if you're going to cede your turn.

Thing is I didn't have time and besides, I don't come up with anything more distinctive that I could draw about it anyway.
