Hi everybody.

I have a problem with my Dracula 3 game. The problem is as soon as i get to the screen wher you start a new game it goes black and the version number of the game appears in the lower left corner of the screen. I am unable to play the game.

I run the game on windows 11 Home.

I hope someone cam help my fix this issue

This could be the solution.

You're not the first one to experience that problem (though others had the issue under Win10): https://www.gog.com/forum/dracula_series/dracula_3_blank_window_on_windows_10

Try this: https: //www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dracula_3:_The_Path_of_the_Dragon#Issues_fixed

Maybe it helps you.

Edit: gotten curious, I tried the game. I'm running Win 10, btw.
I did not encounter the black screen, but I didn't see the intro video either (only could hear the sound).
After reaching the menu and starting the game, the mouse pointer was gone, and the screen flickered like crazy.
I tried to run the game in compatibility mode for Win XP SP3 (like explained in the screenshot).
Now the game starts, plays the intro video, the mouse pointer is visible, the game is playable.
I did NOT download and install/extract anything to achieve this.
I simply followed steps 4 to 9 of the screenshot.

Maybe this helps someone in the same situation.

Edit 2: and don't worry - the game still runs in full screen, despite having disabled that in step 7.
