It does look pretty good actually. I can't really run it in native 1080P because that framerate just chugs on my 2060 Super. DLSS boosts performance significantly but there can be some atrocious sprite-ghosting going on from time to time. That's why I decided to play in 480P then instead. As old as the game is that resolution is totally suitable. I much rather have smooth performance and no DLSS oddities (since it's turned off) than slightly cleaner level geometry. The lighting effects still look quite lovely.
You might want to disable bloom though as it looks ghastly. Also, press F for toggable flashlight since some of those corridors/areas can get pitch-black and not as intended as in the original release.
