It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Just contacted the support about this and, after their hint on checking forums, I've noticed that apparently there's no dedicated thread for the issue (despite some may call this a nice feature).

Anyway, cast your vote here:

I find it hard to believe that there are no threads about videos autoplaying already... I could have sworn I've commented in multiple threads about this already.
There are several threads and topics in discussions relating to that. But you're the first I've seen to actually link to a wishlist entry instead of just bellyaching.
I use Brave browser - autoplay is already off :)

I'm waiting for either Adalia Fundamentals or my browser to be able to switch shop videos autoplay off. I don't think GOG will get there before.
I don't want autoplay videos, but that's just a symptom of a larger problem. They should rollback the site to the state it was in before the 10th Anniversary. That will solve all the many problems which it now has.
It has an absolute fit on the version of Pale Moon I use (v28.2.2). It looks like most attempt to go to youtube, but then it just sits and spins. And then tries again. Some (Like Ultima VIII gold edition) are doing some sort of slide show.

I get a similar behavior in Opera with the "Disable HTML5 Autoplay" extension installed--though the pop-outs that use youtube seem to work on Opera, since they don't seem to start playing automatically.

Anything that stops autoplay is good. I will install whatever extensions necessart and/or block whatever is necessary using my adblocker to make it stop.
is this a thread about youtube autoplay when you're searching through games? because that shit is wack.
Most of GoG's site features doesn't even work on this browser... so meh....

Same here. GOG site stopped working on my mobile devices as well as on IE (not my default but still have place in my daily tasks). The autoplay thing is now infuriating me enough to keep my activities reduced to a minimum.
