My mothers family was originally from spain, but i also have an aunt from germany, and my aunt's accent used to kind of freak me out as a kid as she was my dads sister in law. xD
Grandparents,Greek,German,Scottish and Irish....
My aunt definitely kept me in line when I was little. :P
Greece.

Was fun a few years ago, when the whole greek population wasn't either extreme-right or extreme-left.
Don't you like ze german accent?
And not, all my (inmediate) gene pool is from my country, even if from different parts. I do have a girlfriend from another country though, which is somewhat similar, genetic heritage aside.

I told my brother he should stomp his heels when our aunt approaches him during his wedding. lol
Not even close. I'm 6th generation Texan on my dad's side.

My most recent relative born somewhere other than the U.S. was my great-grandmother, a Hungarian Jew who came to the states before the war.
Yes. Three countries out of my 4 grandparents, not to mention relatives from other countries.
high rated
Yes, my dad is from Iowa.
Well, I'm a Pole born and raised in Germany, in a town where also other relatives of ours lived. That kinda made our family a bit multicultural. And since my brother got married we also kinda have family in Russia.
My dad's family is Indian, my mom's family Swiss. I've never met the vast majority of my Indian relatives, only a few have visited so far and I've never been to India. Plus some of them live all over the world so meeting them all is nigh impossible.
My brother and sister were born in the USA so they're Americans by birth, and my brother lives over there nowadays.
Not really. Born in Northern Germany my father's family is from Hesse and my mother's family is from Thuringia so basically my family is from Central Germany.
damned interesting how different types of people can come together, in europe and the US.
American as far back as we can trace, for every single branch of my family tree we have information for... and I have complete information going back 4-5 generations along every single branch.

That's a pretty incredible rarity for a nation of immigrants like the USA.

That reminds me, what about your family?
Did your parents have any kids that lived?

:D
