paladin181: There is a thread that lists all games delisted from GOG.
Saying that without a link reminds me of that joke when someone on the street asks you if you have a watch (meant to ask what time it is) and you just answer "yes" and continue walking. xD

I can't find the link at this moment. It was at one time in my favorite topics, but I must have.. ahem delisted it at one point.
Pity, but at least dos wasn't the superior version anyway. Then again, if memory serves, the dos version of lion king didn't have that excruciatingly stupid lava level present in the sega version.
I fear that Disney wants to produce and sell new games for the bloody cellphone market for a younger audience and pulls the old ones to avoid any confusion for possible customers (small children, ignorant parents).

Or EA starts to get selected games for their streaming plans, THOSE games here can be streamed without any problems... :(
I know a lot of people get those nostalgia fuzzies towards these games but I don't think they're special.. saying that, watch them get re-released and Disney makes a shit load money from it.

conflicted; <3 Disney. so very, very much.

an' yet these are inferior versions wazzed up to the nth degree. I'm not payin' $20 for that; if I want to waste money I can watch that new long-ass Blade Runner movie again. Christ, what's wrong with just watchin' Moana.

BranjoHello: Is there an universal forum thread that covers all the cases like this one and why not?
The only one I know of is no longer updated, you'll have to make do with magog.
Glad GOG gives us a heads-up on this stuff.

That said, we're not losing too much here. The games, themselves, aren't particularly good, and the PC ports were pretty bad. It's a stark reminder of why consoles were as dominant in this genre as they were.
At least we've got Leo the Lion to replace Lion King.

timppu: Awww... aren't there some pretty recent movies for both, so I presume they are the reason?

They wouldn't want stores like GoG to get extra sales due to new movies, would they, huh? HUH? Yeah, thought so.
Or they don't want them taking focus away from their horrid and bland remakes.

Thanks, but I don't use mods, not in games, not in anything. xD

The fact that no one is able to provide a link to valid regularly updated thread proves my why not in original post.

@GOGstaff
Por favor, pretty please, bitte...
Find a better way to let your users know you are pulling a game out of the catalog soon.
These low visibility threads are just not good enough.
I should have nabbed when last on sale when discovering they left steam already. doh!
