Klumpen0815: When the site changed, a Witcher 2 giftcode I had left in my account but didn't save elsewhere fell through the cracks as well and has completely vanished, so I think it's quite possible that it's gone and that would be unfortunate.
Another game (11th Hour) vanished from my account shortly afterwards as well but could be restored without problems.

Things have become more stable since then, but I'm glad that I did put attention to the site at the beginning of "The Grey Era".

HunchBluntley: When you say these vanished from your account, do you mean they also both vanished from your order history?

Klumpen0815: There was no order history at that point, it was integrated into the system later on.
However, there was a gift code history before the new system but unfortunately the transition didn't seem to have worked too well.
