jonpaulfm: I'd get this in a heartbeat - hope they fixed the FOV, the original was making me dizzy for some reason. Wishlisted!
I would love to know this too. Will the field of view be wider than in the original? And will the previous DLCs be included in the game as well?

yes, DLC will be included.
VERY interested in this and I LOVE THQ Nordic...

... but only if I can get a confirm that 38 Studios doesn't get a dime from sales of this. I'm *assuming* that the terms of the deal to purchase the IP transferred everything away from them? I *think* it was already in the hands of a State Govt and not even 38, but I'd like a confirm on that.
Hey GOG, is there any Blues?
I have an offer that many will like here, and it will require minimal effort from you (well, and have a few words with THQNordic):
The essence of the proposal is as follows: THQNordic has already announced that it plans to add new content to the remaster in the future that was not in the original. Therefore, please leave the release version of the remaster (which will be closest to the original) as a bonus.
At the start, these versions will be the same (), but over time (adding new content) they will differ.
Thus, in the future, buyers of the game will receive both the latest version with all the changes and new content and a re-release (remaster) version that is as close as possible to the original. In fact, it will be necessary to leave the first release version as a bonus to subsequent versions.

Of course, it would be better to have the original version as a bonus, but unfortunately, the rights to its publication still belong to EA, which means this is an unlikely outcome, so try to implement at least the option I proposed - it is simple for all involved parties, and will make GOG users even happier here.
YUSSS
Hopefully it fixes a lot of what was wrong in the original, most sever of which was getting boring half way through.

Loger13: They said they knew that such names sounded ridiculous, but considered it as their "trademark", so they continue to stick to them. :)
As long as they publish their games here, they can write whatever they want in the title - that's fine with me.
Seems like they missed a good chance to use Second Reckoning
OMG, Ellen will be so happy!

Yesssss. I always got bored and quit at about the time the right half of the map opened up.
Looked up some gameplay and it just looks like a single-player MMO. Is there more to the game?

Another Outside Xbox/Xtra fan, I see.
Fantastic news! I still have my original retail copy, but will definetly buy this when it comes out.

Anyone have an idea when it may be coming out?

There option to skip the main quest, according to Codex. So maybe yes... battle system is awesome and there are stuff to do.... but yeah.
