Soon enough, Moon Mystery and 6 more titles published by Freedom Games will join our catalog! Let’s take a closer look at all that indie goodness:

Moon Mystery
A first-person shooter adventure full of mystery, with a focus on unveiling secrets, exploring strange new worlds, and dealing with the challenges of the most dangerous environment known to mankind. Figure out what happened on the Moon, and uncover why we really raced to land on its surface in 1969. Fill up on oxygen, load up your guns, and set out on a celestial FPS investigation that starts on the Moon and leads across the universe.

Vertical Kingdom
A card-based city builder roguelite with a twist - you can only build vertically, literally reaching for the sky with each city. Lead expeditions to gather resources, construct metropolises, and build ever upwards!

Mariachi Legends
Don the La Sombra and descend into Santa Mascota as Detective Pablo Cruz, chosen by Death herself. Blending Mexican folklore and classic arcade gameplay, Mariachi Legends is an action-platforming trip through a world where the Dead live once again.

Subterrain: Mines of Titan
An uncompromising turn-based survival RPG set on Titan. After discovering your stasis pod, a doomed mining camp needs your help to survive the evolving horrors that lurk below. Research and craft equipment, fight against odds, and discover your destiny.

Shrine's Legacy
A SNES-era inspired, 16-bit RPG set in the magical world of Ardemia. Follow a pair of heroes as they try to unite the elements of magic, restore the Sword of Shrine, and save the world in both single player and co-op action.

Dwarf Delve
In this first-person extraction roguelite adventure, strap on your gloves, grab your Battlemallet, and explore randomly-generated mines as a new Delveling. Gather riches, avoid deadly hazards and try to make it out with your beard intact!

Everholm
Lilly was spirited away to a mysterious island. As her memories fade, everyone seems to know her and her quest for her missing sister. It’s time to establish a homestead, meet your friendly Everfolks, then learn their secrets and solve the mystery of Everholm, in this open-ended minimalist RPG!

Make sure to wishlist them so you won’t miss their releases or any special offers. 7 more titles from Freedom Games, soon on GOG!
Quite a few intriguing titles among those.
Definitely can't say their catalog lacks for variety. This bunch also looks a bit better than some of their previously announced ones.
high rated
I can't help but wonder if dumping 8 diverse games together like that on release is really the best for their visibility.
I'd like for someone to solve the mystery for me of why, exactly, Freedom Games releases games on GOG with no Galaxy Achievements, but yet they do give Achievements to those exact same games on other platform(s) that they release them on.

Until if & when & unless Freedom Games stops doing that, then I will continue never to buy any of their games.

Although if they had made their policy always to give GOG customers equal treatment with full feature parity for all of their games, then I would have bought many of their games.

Sigh...when I see Assault rifles and shotguns as the weapons of choice on the Moon...

I was just thinking that, there's some actually good looking games in here for a change, not something I was expecting from Freedom, but throwing a grabbag like this in one unorganized lump does feel like a way to get the better games overlooked.

What would your weapon of choice be on the moon?
Overall, these new games from Freedom Games sound very interesting and promise to be fun. But on the contrary, I’m trying to play less (( I’ll try maybe only Moon.

I assume they would work actually. Most firearms require no external oxygen source to function. Lack of gravity and friction from atmosphere would presumably make them function better than they would in a more traditional setting. Those are just assumptions on my part though, I've never fired a gun on the moon.

Eh. If they really wanted to they could have announced all of their upcoming games all at once instead of doing it in smaller batches like they're doing right now. They are publishing like several dozens of games that are currently still in development.

Still waiting for the Dark Deity 2 announcement. :)

A couple interesting titles in this announcement though.

I looked into them a bit not too long ago and I think the answer is that they do little to no technical work at all on the games they publish, they effectively just do marketing. The quality of the games they publish may depend almost entirely on the individual developers.

Freedom Games is connected to a group of YouTube content creators, I'm not clear if they are owned by them or just that they previously did (and I think still do) some kind of other stuff for them before they started publishing games.

*nerd mode on*
Neither did I ever fire a projectile weapon on the moon. But I guess that recoil would send you flying. Because of physics and stuff...
Also space equipment is sensitive. When your basic survival depends on it, you really wouldn't want to pepper it with bullets/ pellets.

Back on topic:
I really want to see more of Dwarf Delve.
Always loved exploring caves in Minecraft and Terraria.

Sure, but that probably becomes secondary concern to the immediate threat of killer robots.
