WBGhiro: no no no far from it, you can't just turn any not downloaded game into a giftcode whenever you feel like it. There is no policy that allows you to do that.

It probably wouldn't even be legal or possible for gog to create new codes for a game they're nto allowed to sell anymore.

2. probably doesnt mean sure. you do know that creating code of legally sold game is not selling any single copy more.

If somebody has a valid GOG code for that game that was only available for a few weeks many years ago...

It would be worth more than ten bucks.

I'd trade a new Ferrari Enzo for it. With cup holders.

I don't think anyone has any lying around. Even if someone had they probably gifted it away years ago. Right now unfortunately there is no chance to get it. I don't know if Ubisoft will ever re-release it, I suppose they would if they could but probably they also have some legal bindings that hold it back.
