After I pick my attaire for the audience with the Emporor in Vizimer and learn how to bow proper the Chamberlain just stands there instead of taking me to my audience. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

XD There seems to be a minor detail missing in your question.
If you're using Galaxy, try clicking "More" > "Manage", then "Verify/Repair". The button should be right next to "Play".
Trying the games separate forum might be a good idea.
It's just a Witcher thang.
