To whom it may concern,
I recently purchased Neverwinter Nights and tried to play it online. However, I did not have the CD key so I was unable to do so. I came here and went through all the steps recommended on the forum including the Windows Key + R, Save all and past the link into the browser. However, it told me that I had the wrong format. I am no compute genius so I was unable to figure out how to get the format back into 32 bit. My computer automatically ran it as a 62 bit. And since I could not enter this information in any of the support related fields because it was the wrong format I had to come here. Can someone please direct me to the proper way to fix this issue? Support or otherwise would be great.
Thank you

Go here, select "multiplayer key request" as the problem type, fill the rest of the form and you should receive your CD key (along with instructions), sometime next week.
Thank you very much, message typed up and submitted. I appreciate the help.

I got my MP key the very same day after contacting support. GOG surprised me in a very nice way that day.

Well, it's nearing weekend, so there is no guarantee that they will receive it today.
Damn, is already the week-end?!
I remember there being keys in my library listing, however glancing at it at this moment i don't see one....

How odd...

Sometime in 2012, GOG created a system that automatically attached a serial to your account for the games that have one. Unfortunately, the system doesn't work retroactively, which means that any game released prior to the implementation of the system, doesn't come automatically with a serial and you'll need to contact support to get it. I have compiled a list of all the games that come with serials and I have also noted the ones that you require support to ge them.

Interesting, although i'm not seeing keys on several games that i glanced from on the list. I think it's probably a site update that just isn't doing or showing that data. There's been a lot of site changes and some stuff just doesn't work anymore.

I do recall having a list of keys from before... let's take a glance at those...

Hmm found a NWN2 key set, and it's still present on my game. So currently assigned keys still are there...

That's cool. I had no idea HAL was a NwN fan. :P

As I said, any game released before the system was implemented will not automatically have their serial attached to their accounts. Games like Ground Control 2, Neverwinter Nights 1, Two Worlds 1 (and any other game that I have marked with an asterisk) do need a serial for the multiplayer, but you won't find one in your account.

By the way, you may want to hide your serial. ;)

You mean completely removing the second half of the serial isn't enough?

Heh. Didn't notice. I've become accustomed to expecting a black marker. :P
Okay another post here with a question. I got my CD key and went to work on it. However, it didn't work and kept telling me the file was corrupted. I did check out and follow the steps suggested by Emusan at, /neverwinter_nights_series/okay_what_the_hell_i_have_the_cd_key_but_now, and the result was the same. Not sure if it is me or the cd key? I am assuming its me because I have not worked with this sort of thing before. I did send an email too support but I don't expect to hear back from them until next week. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Kagnig McThunderfart
Sorry won't let me post the link. Maybe it will let me get away with this. (insert link here) .gog.com/forum/neverwinter_nights_series/okay_what_the_hell_i_have_the_cd_key_but_now
