I love to listen to the intro song from the Grid 1, the soundtrack of mirror edge and the intro song from ocarina of time!
I just feel so nostalgic...
I love the menu theme of Republic Commando. It was one of my first games, and I'll still just listen to it for the nostalgia.
Listening to Jonathan Coulton's Still Alive makes me smile every time.
Tropico 1 + 2 and Red Alert 1.

I still listen to these sound tracks today.
I really like Nilin the Memory Hunter by Olivier Derivière from Remember Me, and also how his soundtrack is intertwined with the gameplay, that is your performance in combat.
Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2. Best soundtracks eva! ;D
Best Soundtrack Outlaws

At the moment I'm using Fallout 1&2's music in the background. It's surprisingly effective for me as work music.

Here's also an old thread on the subject, though it includes music from movies as well.
"I am the wind",

from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

And how it fits with a love-interest story gone wrong; sheet!
