Yeah, try Judas. He's super active and helpful, odds are that he can give your case a little boost.

Chross885: So now the guy has posted under my account in the forums now.

I've still only gotten the 1 response from customer support and am getting rather perturbed at this point. One of you guys said to try and PM a mod here on the forums? As long as I don't ever sign out of GOG Galaxy I still have access to my library. I'm really worried that he just made off with my account.
as F4LL0UT said - but find the post you're on about and get the link to it when you send a pm (hover the cursor next to the time posted bit of the post and the link icon will appear).
I forgot I can go through galaxy to post on the forums. After using google translate, it appears he's having problems running the Witcher 3 which makes sense. I do not know if this mixup was intentional on his part or not but if it was, he's not very subtle about it.

At any rate, this is my main account as you might have guessed. I've posted twice in a language I cannot understand or speak. Again, if any mod sees this I really need some help here.
Since OP can't do it: here.

Try sending a private message to Firek.
PM'd both Judas and Firek for help.

Incidently I have no issue running the Witcher 3 from my end within GOG Galaxy.

This case should now be fixed. Sorry it took so long, but I needed outside help to fix it.
Thank you Firek! I appreciate it. I have changed passwords for not only GOG but other services as well just to be safe. One last thing. It looks like on my account my currency is set to RUB. Is there a way to change that back to USD?

Go to the GOG home page and in the bottom right there is the option to change currency next to Language select.

Either scroll down on the main page (there's a setting at the bottom of the page)) or change it directly in your account settings.

It's a little strange though that you have the RUB option when you are located in the USA (I always thought the currency settings are IP based).

You always have the choice between US-$ and the country's currency where you currently are based on your IP (if GOG supports that currency). So if the guy who hacked him lives in Russia he can set the currency to RUB.

The setting can be found here.

Only reason that happened is because while I was hijacked I went in through GOG Galaxy and changed my location. You can manual change it withing GOG Galaxy settings. This is apparently independent of the currency setting.

I kinow. But shouldn't the currency switch back to US-$ after he had his account back and logged in from the USA again?

To be honest, I'm not sure what happens if you set a default currency in the settings and you leave the area in which that setting is valid. That question can only be answered by the GOG webwizards.

Normally a location change in the setting shouldn't change the currency. I changed my location as well and still have the same currencies as before. But I guess it's just another GOG bug.
