LootHunter: There are cyborgs in Warcraft Universe?!
avatar
Breja: I don't know about cyborgs, but I do remember running into a goblin with a transporter in WoW.
The point was that M&M universe is more like Warhammer (or even Warhammer 40k).

Anyways, while not HoMM clone per se, Codex of Victory is basically a bit simplified Fantasy Wars. So you should probably check it out.

Interesting, reminds me of Battle Worlds Kronos, which I really liked. Let's hope it comes to GOG eventually.
I am a heroes of Might and Magic fan and have played Etherlords in the past. Even though the battles are more of a card game, I found the game very enjoyable and would suggest it to other fans of homm

I was about to say, it reminds me of civ, and guess what, it's from the same developers that made the Warlock games. I bookmarked it because it claims to have a long single player campaign.
Etherlords has the Synthet faction - which is a sci-fi race of cyborgs.
