SOLVED. Must to specify that it isn't neccesary, then, to transfer party by charcopy.exe. Just rename FINAL.SAV to TRANSFER.SAV and "Summon the heroes" in the main menu.

I Got it working. Actually, I was copyng the EOBDATAx.SAV from the wrong place. You should get it from:

LocalDisk ▸ Users ▸ YourUser ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Boxer ▸ Gamebox States ▸ com.gog.eye-of-the-beholder-2

Right Click on "Current.boxerstate" and the click on "Show Package Contents"

You Should Copy the Files from folder "C app.harddisk"

That should do the trick!
