Hello

I was just wondering if anybody has experience using Wine on OS X and specifically if they could get Fallout NV working? I am currently tinkering with the whole thing but feel a little overwhelmed with the way it all works. I know that some folks have had good luck with Linux and Wine running Fallout NV. Is it a similar thing to set up?

I would repost this question over here. Be specific as to your system info, what Wine you are using, workarounds you have done and what problems you are running into. There are a few Mac users to follow that thread.

For anyone coming across this thread that doesn't want to try and create their own wrapper, the Portingkit team put a Wineskin wrapper together for the GOG version of Fallout NV a week or two ago.

Note that it does require the Portingkit app to build the wrapper, as they no longer distribute them pre-built, but it'll save you an hour or two tweaking in Wineskin yourself.
