as this is not a common experience the fact you had both steam and cog versions installed might have conflicting files left behind. I suggest even after uninstalling checking all folders are clean including steams core game folder, amd ensure Win XBox is deactivated.. In your documents/mygames folder some ini files might have been left behind.

I just googelt 4 houers yesterday ! Tried a lot of solutoins, but nothing worked!

When i start the Game, the screen turns black and a small window appears. After 2 Seconds the whole screen is back on the desktop!
