Updated the pack to include a newer version of DxWnd and ogg-winmm. The latest ogg-winmm is a significant improvement over the older 1.3.0.0 dll for those who want to run the game natively in Windows 11 (but the DxWnd option is still the better choice as it fixes the mouse cursor speed). As before, reference the included "_SETUP Europa Universalis (GOG).txt" file for instructions on how to set everything up. Same Google Drive link as before.
