TParis: See title, first mission in the campaign. This is looking like a very messy and unstable release :(
It crashed with me too. I think I clicked the Objectives option when it did but I'm not sure. Running Win7 64 bit. 1024x768 mode.

Update: Went back in and it crashed a while after clicking the Objectives option.

I get random crashes in My Pet Dungeon mode. Everything works as badly as with my old CD version.
Played one complete level without crash now in 800x600 resolution. Either it was just luck or... a little hope...
In fairness, old cd version crashes randomly on my XP box too!

But yeah, bought this one gonna downloading at the office...

I'm experiencing random crashes too, amongst the crashes that happen when clicking on the objectives button or going to the ingame menu anytime beyond Level 2, which makes it impossible to save without using the Quicksave function (which overrides your previous save).

I'm sorry, but i'm very disappointed in this release. Just like Grombart, this will definitely be the last impulse purchase I make from GOG. I can understand having to restrict particular content depending on the circumstances(such as the music in Rayman, or the Deeper Dungeons for DK1), but releasing a game that is unstable on modern day systems completely goes against the point of GOG in the first place.

If these problems aren't fixed sometime soon, i'm afraid i'm going to have to seek a refund, which honestly is something I really don't want to do.
Now it's not saving. Not only has it been crashing but I can't go back to a save now?!
I'm so glad I didn't buy this day one as I wanted to. DK2 was one of my most wanted games here on GoG. Guess I'll have to sit on the sidelines and see how this pans out. Such a shame they released it this way.
I wish I would have read these posts before buying it. It's uninstalled now and will stay that way. I don't like the game anyway. Not my kind of game. However, if it worked then I would suffer through it... :-)
Well, I've been at this for a couple days now. Everything worked fine for a while doing everything I found to make it work. Unfortunately, after playing on 800 x 600, it's now crashing with the objective button in that resolution also, so it's not spawned from that. And yeah, kinda disappointed also....
