Is the DLC+hotfix patch included in the install download? Or do you have to download and apply the patch after installation?

I belive it should be added to the installer as well - the patch is for people who already have it installed so they don't need to download 40GB of the game. :)
Especially so cause it was already 'some' time ago, so they had time for that.

The patch is NOT included with the regular installer. It must be installed after installing the game. Just tested it myself.
