So the mod tools are released and, well... they don't actually work. I stand by my decision to purchase this game on GoG rather than Steam since I support DRM-free games, but this is starting to get a little bit frustrating.

I hope this issue is resolved soon since I love fiddling with games nearly as much as I do playing them.

Never mind my original post. Editor is working fine for me. Attached an image of how I answered the "Locate game data" question.

Ugh, double never mind. Still getting crashes. Might try to unpack the data and see if that helps. Heard some rumors it might.

My friend says he got an update for the editor (through steam) 5 days ago that fixed the crashing in the editor. =\

I thought the delay would've been the patch that got released for it so they wanted to pack that in or have the patched editor to release.

But it seems someone over at GOG HQ got the editor on friday but forgot to upload it. It was getting late so the promise was on monday. "Oops forgot to upload it again." Eventually today (tuesday) at 7.30pm for europe it got uploaded but without any patch to fix the editor because it seems this patch was forgotten about?

Sorry if I sound a bit cranky.

Anyone know how to unpack the data files? I don't need the editor for the things I currently want to do as long as I can get at the files I need especially with all the crashes.
