Anyone else get a notification that this game was updated today? It doesn't seem to have a changelog so i have no idea what was changed, if anything.

Got the same notification. Just have to wait and see if a changelog shows up, sometimes the notifications are just a bug in the matrix.

was playing last night and thought i'd look to see if their was any updates
no i never got a notification my version (setup_deadlight_directors_cut_2.0.0.2 ) was free (already had it on stea m ) and was on gog connect i think or was a freebie

i'll update this post when i've switched to my win 8,1 and downloaded the game again (not enough space on this drive)

I think that the game now supports cloud saves, here's the new setup filename:
"setup_deadlight_directors_cut_gog-2(cs)_(19167).exe"

Last installer version i had was:
"setup_deadlight_directors_cut_2.0.0.2.exe"

GOG Galaxy says "Cloud saves synced" but in my library the game does not show up if i tick "cloud saves" on the features list. Don't know if this was a feature before the update.

The update was reported in the thread but there was no changelog info. Although one poster has now verified that the update just adds cloud saves and like ferahan reports it has not been added to the features list yet.
