You can translate documents with Google's translation service and Italian to English is quite comprehensible when put through their very clever algorithms. It recreates the document with the layout of the text intact but all the graphics are missing but you can open the original PDF in a tab alongside it and alternate from one to the other.

Recreating the original document in English would be possible but quite a bit of work. The PDF is protected so it's impossible to have Adobe Reader convert it to another format for editing sadly; everything would have to be done manually unless someone could get hold of the original file from a decade ago of course.
Could anyone provide a mirror for that pdf?
Does GOG version include those 128x128 textures? I've tried and taken some screenshots before and after applying the texture patch and I can see no differences whatsoever.

No, if you had the "create backup" checked then you can easily see that the files have different sizes.

Thanks, you're right. Apart from filesizes I've checked the red carpet next to the big glass on the main hall at the beginning of the game and there's definitely an improvement there.
Does anyone have the 128x128 texture updater? The Italian site is down for good.
