an updated mesa driver version 20.3 or higher should resolve this issue of invisible trees.

additionally art of rally v1.1.0a released 12/07/2020 included in the advanced graphics settings:
added option for instanced and indirect rendering for vegetation in advanced graphics settings. (if you can’t see the vegetation and you’re on ost/linux, change it to instanced)

if you've updated your game to the latest release (1.1.0f) and verified your drivers and are still having issues, let us know.

fideelio: the easiest solution to the text formatting notation help would be to right click on the ? question mark and select open in new tab. this way the notation help is available without interfering with your report.
Once I enabled 3rd party cookies for funkselector.atlassian.net the form works and the help section automatically opened in a new window. Thank you!

I'll try my luck with that, because I'm having a lot of issues with art of rally.

Could you also please start updating the changelog here? It's really useful to know what's new. The game is currently freezing my computer every time in the latest Ubuntu 20.04, so I'm not very excited to try new updates without knowing what they do.

Oh! I just noticed that the latest one has been posted in the forum here the other day. Much appreciated!
The graphical issues were fixed for me when instanced rendering was introduced, but Mesa 20.2.6 fixed it completely, making all graphical options available.

Thanks for updating the game to fix the issue.

It works a lot better now, thank you very much ! It looks better optimized too.

Franzenheim looks like this for me. Under all weather conditions.
Any other stage is fine. Only Franzenheim is like the opening sequence of CMR2005.

For me all the car-related numbers like odometer, event-number, etc. are always 0.

These only work when gog galaxy is running.
It's because they're tied to the achievements.
