Hi,
I just bought the game yesterday with the whole DRM free edition sale. I have heard a lot of good about the game and was ready to forgo the dlcs just because I would rather get it on gog. But then I install it and learn that you can't change the language without fiddling with your OS's regional settings... It might not seem like much but seeing as I share my computer, changing system language settings is out of the question. So to me it boils down to a few questions :

1) Do you think it's possible the devs might change their stance on either the drm free issue or the language changing ?
2) If it doesn't look probable (which it doesn't apparently) do you think I'm elligible for a refund ?

I have been on gog for a while and have never asked for a refund so I don't exactly know how it works. I read that tech support will first attempt to solve the problem at hand but since my issues won't stop the game from running and don't seem to have valid (to me at least) fixes I'm afraid they'll turn me down.

Thank you for your time ! :)

Edit : Plus there's the whole no public matchmaking multiplayer which I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase and I feel should have warranted a disclaimer on the game's store page. I based my purchase on the game's top store reviews which were all positive and didn't mention this issue. Perhaps I should have looked a little more in-depth before buying but still, it's a little too much for one game to pull.

Ask for refund. No dlc on gog.
Thanks for the reply. Tried the game last night, it freezes at launch... It's the last straw, I'm going to ask for a refund.

Should be able to get one if this post is to be believed:

Yep, I got one immediately. Once again GOG proved to be professional. I ended up buying the game on steam. All a shame really, I definitely would have preferred playing it on GOG.
Refund it on Steam too and buy it on the Humble Store. :p

It's 2E cheaper, you give a percentage to charity and you get BOTH the DRM-free edition and a steam key. Best of both worlds :P

Refunds are officially being made available by GoG for those who feel this isn't the product they wanted when they bought it.

Good to know GOG still is a good company.

(In stark contrast to the humanoid trash that developed this game. Unfortunately I bought it on Steam before any of this happened. Though I'm not affected by the problems I'm really sad that a company of scammers now has my money. :( )
