If you'd marked a TS for Turn 9, you wouldn't have had to. I know, I know. You were so excited about killing my Wizard in our 1v1 that you forgot to record your turns. Too bad that was only a battle and not the war as you'd hoped. :)

I will do this because finally I realised that I was sending the old file. But that means that I must have overwritten another file in the out folder., then not realising attached the previous turn - which explains why Southern received it twice. And then I must have deleted the file, so now I've had to play it again, getting the restart notification. Oh well I didn't have any fight this turn, but still sorry about the whole mess.
Hopefully I don't get another notification on some other game as a result, because probably I overwrote some other game file...

How does the spell range work? I see my neighbour's influence is huge compared to mine. Do I need my leader in the wizard's tower to get the full range?

Yes. And then you also get the range conveyed by the magic relays, your hero, and the hexes adjacent to your heroes. There are even some units and magic items that act as portable magic relays as well.

Btw, learn "Dispel Magic" if you can. When you're getting ready to fight an enemy hero buffed with Stone Skin, Enchanted Weapon, Fury, and Fire Halo... Hit him or her with a single Dispel Magic to try and debuff the hero before combat. :)
